New information from Vodafone today on their iPhone 4s pricing in Australia. They are selling the iPhone 4s 16gb at $59 per month cap on a 24 month plan. The 32gb iPhone 4s is has a slightly cheaper monthly cost of $45 per month cap but has a added cost for the phone at $20 per month.
Optus and Telstra have still not added any prices to the iPhone 4s in Australia webpages but with pre orders breaking all sorta of records that will most likely change.
Apple today has reported that the iPhone 4s has broken all sorts of pre order records and has pushed back the shipping date by one week or more. Surpassing over 1 million pre orders in the first 24 hours has landed the iPhone 4s Apples most popular phone ever. The iPhone 4 previously sold 600,000 phones it its 24 hours debut.
While reports of problematic ordering online have been low, some US based carriers ran into problems with the surge of Apple iPhone 4s fans wanted to get their hands on what some call the greatest phone in history.
The iPhone 4S as unveiled on Tuesday with the same design as the iPhone 4. It does however have an upgraded camera, faster processing speed, and Siri voice control. Does this warrant the amazing reception it has gotten from customers through pre orders? Some analysts believe with the death of Steve Jobs coinciding with the release, the record book for phone sales may as well be thrown out and re written with eh iPhone 4s.
